I still remembered that, We attach importance to band saw industry because at that time, several customers all feedback that they are not satisfied our quality. They think the trimming/dressing frequency of our products are too frequent and the using life is short. We feel strange and embarrassed, we are most concerned about is our quality and credit. So, Our technical staff communicated with these customers directly and went to their factory to see how the customer is used. Our technicians found that the purpose of this industry to use the grinding wheel is not the same as that of general grinding. The grinding wheel is not used for grinding surface or end face. It is used to dressing the teeth shape of the band saw. This is the equivalent of the teeth of the band saw are scraping our wheel. So, The shape of the grinding wheel is easy to deform and often needs to be trimmed.
