Superhard material Grinding Wheel not only has good grinding performance, long service life, and it is with so much environmental protection. Because its hardness is higher, so it can grind some hard material which the ordinary Grinding Wheel can’t grind.
Generally Speaking, diamond Grinding Wheel with resin bond is suitable for grinding Tungsten Carbide; CBN Grinding Wheel with resin bond is suitable for grinding hardened steel; Superhard material Grinding Wheel with metallic bond is suitable for glass, ceramic, agate, etc. ; vitrified bond is suitable for the silicon and magnetic materials; If you want your grinding wheels with stable shape, you could choose Electroplated Grinding Wheel.
PS: Coarse-grinding should choose soft Grinding-wheel. Fine-ginding should use hard Grinding-wheel. (Hope it can be useful for you).
