First of all I’d like to give you a brief introduction of the application of the Log Saw Blades and our requirements to this blades: Log Saw Blades is specially used for cutting tissue paper. The most common size of it is Diameter 610* Hole 68.26* Thickness 4.76mm. Due to it is used for cutting tissue paper, so it has to satisfy that after cutting there is no any Rough edges and cut marks. 

 

How should we make sure use it to cut out some good paper? 

*The materials of Blades – After a lot of experiment, consideration of cost and other factors, we found that D2D materials and D2 materials are most suitable for cutting tissue paper.

(PS: D2D is a little bit expensive than D2, But its using life is longer than D2)

 

*the surface finish of the blades – the surface finish of blade’s cut part should be more than ▽0.8, The rest part can be controlled in ▽3.2.

 

*The inclination Angle of the cutting edge- Consider the blade material, thickness, etc. Blades should be edged at both ends at an angle of about 11 °

   

*As show in the below picture, it always matching 2 PCS grinding wheel. Grinding wheel can sharpening it in time and It also prevents sticky scraps of paper from sticking to the knife. In this way, we can make sure to cut out some better paper.
