Grinding-wheels. The Abrasive Material is included Diamond and CBN Abrasive Materials.
The Grinding-wheels made in USA, Germany, Korea and Japan also is better than Chinese Grinding-wheels not only on the Quality but also on the appearance. As the factory of Grinding-wheels, we should think out how to increase our Quality of Grinding-wheels.
Adhesion of Diamond or CBN abrasive material will increase the using life of Grinding-wheels. Now the foreign factories take the new process: coat Ti, Ni on the abrasive material to increase the grinding efficiency and
using life.
After coat Ti, Ni, the surface of Abrasive Material will be metalized. It will increase the adhesion of abrasive on the substrate. For example, if the Diamond coated Ti, Ni, the Bending strength will be increased by 40% - 55%. It will reduce the abrasive material drop off, so the grinding efficiency and using life will increased too.
While blind coating process also has disadvantages. If coat Ti, Ni. Too much, the abrasive material will hard to drop off, when use grinding-wheels, it also easy to hinder the grinding efficiency. Some customers will
think the grinding efficiency is too low.
So how to control the good balance on the Grinding efficiency and using life of Grinding-wheels, factory will find the suitable solution to make the good balance.
